There are still a few delays due to the virus, which mainly affect deliveries from outside Europe. Please call for further information.
We offer several types of delivery. The time frame and cost for each product is available on the specific item page.

In all cases when you buy several different items the total cost of delivery will reduce to the highest single cost. As an example if you order a table and six chairs you will only pay the delivery charge for the table for the entire order. Please call us if this is unclear, or if you have any questions.
The following Post codes are considered outlying and the cost of delivery to any beginning with these letters will increase, usually by up to £50.00.

We always deliver using a network of established delivery teams with experience in the furniture trade. We can always offer an assembly service if required, we prefer if you can make that decision right at the outset. It helps when planning routes and timing. There is a small extra charge for these services. We do not take away the wrapping, but it will be left tidy for disposal by yourselves. Unless it states on the item page that the product is purchased for self-assembly, when it will be left in the original packing. This usually applies to certain single accent chairs only.
We can not take any old furniture away as a service, the cost of disposal as a commercial company is outrageously high. However, if your local council does a ‘Large item collection service’ our guys will happily put the items outside, providing they do not need disassembly. There is no charge for this service, but please let us know ahead of time if this might be required.
If you have specific dates that you require delivery on we recommend using a courier. This will likely increase the delivery cost by 25-100% and courier deliveries are usually a one person service meaning assistance will be required.
You must inform us if the only entrance in to your house is via any stairs whatsoever. This will possibly involve an extra cost on the delivery.
If the products ordered are not available at the same time a customer can opt for a split delivery. Any such further deliveries will only be charged at 50% of the normal rate.
If a customer fails to show for a delivery any repeated deliveries will also be charged for. Our team will call you before arriving. If they cannot get hold of you via the contact details given and you are not present on arrival, they will wait no more than 20 minutes.
If you decide to collect goods from either our warehouses or any other location you automatically take responsibility for the safe transport of those goods at that point.
